Core values

Though our team members span the globe, we all share a core set of values that influences the work we do every day. These are values we live by. These are values we recruit for. These are values you can come to expect when you work with Projectline.

  • DrivenProjectliners are driven to succeed—not only for ourselves, but to achieve our clients’ most audacious objectives. We come to work each morning motivated to do amazing work, apply our creativity, follow our instincts, and diligently pursue success for our clients. We hire people who thrive in an environment of accountability, so our clients can feel confident that they have a truly professional partner in accomplishing their goals. We are resourceful, hungry for results, and full of energy.

  • InclusiveDiversity, equity, and inclusion are not just buzz words or activities relegated to the HR department at Projectline. Each of us make inclusion part of our continual practice of behavior. We literally wrote the book on Diversity Hiring Best Practices and strive to reduce bias at every turn. We are committed to continued learning and applying what we learn to progress diversity, equity, and inclusion – in our company and beyond.

  • CuriousSince our company began, we have sought out colleagues with fresh perspectives and an innate sense of curiosity. Projectliners have talents and passions in our personal lives that bring new viewpoints and clever ideas to our work. Inside and outside the office, we are scientific, poetic, philanthropic, athletic, artistic, and occasionally futuristic. And we always endeavor to balance humility and confidence in everything we do.

  • TransparentWe believe in openness and transparency in our business relationships. We see our business, clients, and consultants as engaged in a three-way partnership that benefits everyone. The landscape is full of win-win-win possibilities. We value honesty and aim to show up as our most genuine selves each day.  We know that truthfulness is an expression of respect—and we have great respect for our clients and for each other.

  • Always LearningThe constant change of our world means that we must be continually growing our understanding, expanding our knowledge, and reskilling for the future. Projectliners are committed to our ongoing development and this shows up in the expertise and insights that we bring to every engagement.  Lifelong learning has been part of the Projectline DNA from our inception.

A Culture of Giving Back

Philanthropy has been a core part of our mission from day one. When we volunteer, we do it as a team to maximize the impact. When we give, we give to causes that matter to our employees and clients, so the connection between our values and philanthropy never gets lost in the shuffle. And we don’t just give in times of crisis. We maintain an “always on” philosophy when it comes to giving and continuously look for creative ways to give back to our community

Committed To Diversity

Diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) aren’t just buzzwords to us. Over the past few years, we’ve taken radical steps to thread tactics and values that drive equity into our internal recruiting processes. Now, we offer clients diversity staffing as a service to help them meet their internal diversity goals as well. We believe wholeheartedly that increasing diversity, equity, and inclusion begins and ends with a commitment to change, and we recommit ourselves to that effort daily.
