Each month one of our incredible consultants is “chosen to” receive recognition because they truly embody our core values—Accountability, Partnership, Drive, Curiosity, and Transparency—with their clients and our consultant community. I get the honor of asking them a few fun questions beyond their daily work deliverables! Meet Deanne Hayes, our February consultant of the month!
Q: What’s your primary assignment all about?
A: I’ve been supporting a partner marketing team for three years working with one of our client’s partners to manage their marketing funds & reimbursement process.
Q: What is one word that your best friend would use to describe you?
Q: What do you do for fun?
A: I like to ski, walk the dog, catch up with friends, watch movies, and bake.
Q: From what location do you work from?
A: 100% work from home.
Q: Where do you like to volunteer your time or donate your extra cash? What organizations do you support?
A: My family and I have volunteered with the Special Olympics for the past few years. It’s been a wonderful experience to support athletes at all levels. We have cheered on the athletes in swimming, track, bowling, and softball competitions.
Q: What is the most dangerous thing you have ever done?
A: To save money as a college student, I hitchhiked across Europe. Several harrowing rides were involved.
Q: What do you love about working with your client?
A: The PMA’s that I work with are fantastic. The group of partners change periodically which makes it interesting.
I’m personally impressed with the dedication our consultants have to their work, but also to the wider world. If you know someone like this, please tell them about Projectline Services and point them to our career page. We are always hiring!
